About This Pendant
This pendant captures the ocean in glass. The dichroic base creates a gradient that flows from silver at the top through brilliant teal and blue, deepening to rich purple at the bottom - like looking down through layers of ocean water. The metallic oxide layers fused into the glass cause these colors to shift and change as light moves across the surface. In sunlight, you see one palette. Indoors, something different. Tilt it, and the colors move again.
Hand-painted turquoise coral branches spread across the glass surface, adding dimension and an unmistakably ocean feel. Small rhinestone crystals are set throughout the design, catching light and adding sparkle that complements the dichroic shimmer. The combination creates something that feels alive - like a piece of reef frozen in glass.
At 2 inches long in a classic teardrop shape, this pendant makes a statement. It's substantial enough to be noticed from across the room, but the elegant shape keeps it refined. Each pendant is handcrafted by teachers in Thailand in small batches.
